Wellbeing drop-in

For all students who want to learn how to manage their wellbeing. The drop-in is a quick and easy way of getting information and help that will be very useful to you immediately and is an excellent first point of entry into the support services available to you. Students who are not coping or in crisis please contact the Student Hub for the duty mental health advisor.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Where: Student Hub, Charles Seale-Hayne Library
Time: 10:00 – 11:30
Sessions 10-15 minutes per student.
No appointment needed. Just come to the Student Hub and ask for the wellbeing drop-in. First come, first served.

Resourcing and signposting available at the drop in:

  • Find out about our wellbeing groups and personal development workshops, self-help (web links and pdf materials). 
  • Let us show you how Togetherall can support you
  • Discuss counselling and at what point this may benefit you
  • Find out about support available within the university such as Disability Services, UPSU advice, Mental Health advice, Listening Post and how to access these services.
