Following qualification as a dietitian I worked at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital before taking on a Head and Neck Cancer and Nutrition Support post at Poole Hospital. Following this I worked at Torbay Hospital as an Intestinal Failure and Colorectal Specialist Dietitian. I have a specialist interest in the management of GI disorders and have been invited to publish both academically and voluntarily on this. I have written several articles for both the British Journal of Nursing and the British Journal of Gastrointestinal Nursing and act as a peer reviewer for these publications.
