Qualifications

My nursing background started with general nursing within the the Royal Navy. I then moved to a long and varied career in Nephrology and Transplantation. 

It was in Renal that I found my love of teaching both patients and staff developing in house teaching and more formal education in Academic Partnership with the University. Within our local Trust I manged 24 Accredited modules and moved into a more Corporate Education and Organisational Development Role including Coaching.

I enjoy all aspects of curriculum design and delivery, I particularly enjoy mentoring and coaching module teams and the quality aspects of delivering Programmes.
