Biography
Biography
As Clinical Trials Information Systems Manager and a member of PenCTU's senior management team, I am responsible for managing the software development and data management teams as well as deciding the direction of IT infrastructure at PenCTU. My team ensures that PenCTU's portfolio of clinical trials and observational studies are developed and validated according to appropriate regulatory standards and that the clinical data captured is secure and of high quality.
I work closely with academics, clinicians, and other health services researchers throughout their projects to gather system requirements and provide advice on system and database design. I am always eager to automate laborious manual processes and drive the efficiency and quality of data collection - to help answer key questions in clinical and applied health and social care research.
PenCTU supports the development and delivery of clinical and applied health and care research, offering a range of services, from pre-application methodological support to full study delivery.
