Mr Matt Farrar

Solution Delivery (Technology & Information Services)

I am a developer with Solution Delivery.

I work with various different languages and frameworks including Ruby on Rails, ASP.Net, Windows Forms, Windows Console, ASP Classic and SharePoint.  My favourite of these being Ruby on Rails.  It is great for pulling things together quickly, but it can be a little is inflexible, e.g. if you want to do something in a slightly different way than prescribed to reduce server load then Rails makes this very difficult.

I use Windows, Linux and Mac OSX.

I am a Certified Scrum Master.

My current learning interests include Java, Software Patterns, Linux, Chef and Vagrant.
