Kirstie is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health with more than 15 years experience of managing Health and Safety in large complex organisations.  

Qualifications

A highly competent Health and Safety Professional with more than 15 years’ experience as a Health and Safety Manager / Head of Health and Safety in large complex public sector organisations.

Motivated and recognised for developing and embedding successful organisational Health and Safety Management systems. Resourceful and well-organised with excellent leadership and team building record both at organisational and local levels.

Excellent communicator and ability to influence at all levels, offering expertise in the following areas:

General health and safety risk management

Lone working, security, healthcare safety, root cause analysis, violence and aggression and stress management
