I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2010 from Plymouth University. I have worked in various physical and mental health settings as an Occupational Therapist. I am also a qualified health and well-being coach and a certified yoga instructor.

I teach on various modules across the BSc and apprenticeship programs. 

My research interests include blue and green occupations, arts and crafts, complementary and alternative therapies and sustainability and conservation.

I am currently engaged in research for the Blooming Well project - A community-based therapeutic horticulture project for people with a cancer diagnosis
