Biography

Biography

I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2010 from Plymouth University. I have worked in various physical and mental health settings as an Occupational Therapist. I am also a qualified health and well-being coach and a certified yoga instructor.

BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy Associate fellow of higher education.

My research interests include blue and green occupations, arts and crafts, complementary and alternative therapies and sustainability and conservation.
