Biography
Biography
Assistant Practitioner (Neurology Directorate, Parkinson's Disease), Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust.
Qualifications
In 2012 I started at UHPNT working as a HCA on a ward, after two years I moved into the Research and Development department in the Neurology team where I became an Assistant Practitioner. During this time I became a "rater" for neurological research studies requiring psychological, behavioural, functional and motor rating scales. At the beginning of 2020 I moved to the clinical service line where I continue to support research in a clinical environment.
Prior to starting in the Trust I worked for a charity which supported adults with learning disabilities, my main focus was person centred care, citizenship, communication and advocacy.
