    + Strategic planning, development and delivery of over 120 workshops for over 900 participants each academic year. 

    + Leading on the Accelerate employability skills development workshop programme open to all students from any stage and recent graduates.  Topics include finding employment, networking, LinkedIn, CV and application writing, interview techniques, and assessment centres.

    + Leading on bespoke employability awareness training and skills development workshops for targeted groups including Student Ambassadors, Residents’ Assistants and Halls Co-ordinators, and groups within the Students’ Union such as course representatives, part-time student staff, and election candidates. 

    + Licensed to deliver the Sprint programme, a 4 day personal development course for undergraduate and postgraduate women.

    + Conducting one-to-one employability advice and guidance sessions with targeted students.

    + Assisting with delivery of events including Careers and Recruitment Fairs, Networking Evenings, and FLUX competitions.

    + Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders including current students and graduates, internal University staff, and external organisations and professionals.
