Food Industry Experience

  • Over 12 years in managerial positions in international food and pharmaceuticals companies. 

 

  • A particular experience with a variety of food service industries i.e. Airlines catering, business and health industry catering, international fast food chains, manufacturing industry.

 

  • My work involved development of products specifications and purchasing procedures, quality management system, development and implementing food management and safety systems, RSPH certified food safety trainings and food inspection/audits.

 

  • After living for 5 years in Germany, I founded DFK for Safe Food Environment in Beirut in 2012.

 

DFK for Safe Food Environment is an accredited and registered food safety centre that provides consultancy services to the food service industry and RSPH and HABC certified trainings leading to internationally recognized and accredited food safety qualifications.
