Dr Anne McDermott

Role

I am a Research Fellow based in ASTI where I research innovations in Technology Enhanced Learning. My primary area of interest currently is Learning Analytics and their contribution to student success and retention.

I am also working on a project entitled Digital Literacy: Maximising curriculum innovation and enhancing the student experience which is based in the Faculty of Business.

My responsibilities include bid writing, project planning and management, report writing, literature review, ethical clearance, stakeholder engagement, interviews and focus groups with a students and with staff at all levels in the Institution.
