Research Manager at SERIO

Amy has a wealth of research experience, having worked on the delivery of a varied portfolio of applied research and evaluation projects for clients across the public, private and third sectors. This includes significant experience in evaluating projects aimed at changing outcomes for vulnerable and underserved groups. Amy has particular strengths around process learning capture through qualitative enquiry, and uses this to provide clients with meaningful and agile insights to inform and improve delivery practice.

Recent clients include Plymouth City Council, Exeter City Council, Recoop, Livewell, Pluss, and Power to Change,

Prior to joining SERIO, Amy worked in education research, focusing on the evaluation of access and participation outreach interventions. She has also been involved in business and management research, including workplace conflict and managing diversity.
