Research Impact and Partnerships (Research & Innovation)
Allice is the Head of SERIO, an applied research unit in Research and Innovation. She works across a portfolio of projects, managing and conducting research. Recent contracts include a global study of HEIs and Social Enterprise for the British Council, a review of skill shows for BIS, a six year evaluation of the Ageing Well programme in Torbay and research to support Skillsplanner, a data platform to support employers forecast their employment needs.
Over the past 20 years Allice has worked as a researcher on a wide range of projects within academia, the third sector and private consultancy. Her work encompasses a broad range of policy areas, and she has developed a particular expertise in evaluation. Allice’s strong research skills are backed up by a clear focus on meeting clients’ needs.
