My clinical background is in primary and community dental care in the UK and Ireland. In primary care I developed a special interest in advanced communication techniques to treat patients with dental phobia. My doctoral research focused on clinical communication, exploring how teams of dental professionals foster patient engagement.
Prior to joining the team at Peninsula, I held academic roles at UCLan dental school in Preston.
