Kyla Amrhein

Regional director, major gifts and planned giving, University of Alberta, USA

"Rogare is a platform dedicated to the pursuit of progressive and innovative strategies to further the fundraising profession and to inspire great philanthropy.

"I am looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to a new, critical dialogue intended to build an increased public trust in fundraising and professional fundraisers. Rogare’s network of like-minded colleagues presents an incredible platform on which to create wide-reaching change.

"To be part of the critical fundraising movement, it is necessary to think past the next visit or the next gift. It is to be thinking larger, beyond that which is currently accepted as the industry standard. Rogare has created a space that incubates this higher level of thinking, and takes it a step further - to the practice of fundraising. I am excited to be a part of this movement!"
