Abbi Leinwand Haggerty

Director of development, Richmond CenterStage, USA

"After completing my dissertation on turnover in the fundraising profession, I realise how important it is to address the challenges currently facing the field and realise that we can only do so by informing our actions through a critical analysis of the structure of the profession and its practice.

I am pleased to join Rogare so that I can continue my work as a practitioner and implement this critical analysis and evidence in my own practice as well as share the thoughts, research, and experiences of fellow panel members with my colleagues. I look forward to advocating for a change in the way that we view the fundraising profession and the resources we allocate to furthering its practice.

I believe that the impact that Rogare can have on the fundraising profession is exponentially increased through this amazing international network of practitioners, and I am excited to be a part of this community."
