About us
Plymouth Business School’s Department of Management and Marketing delivers teaching across a number of programmes, including Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, and Marketing among many others.
Staff members are highly research active and constitute much of the membership of two iSPER Themed Research Groups: People, Organisations and Work (POW); and Responsible Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation (RESI).
Staff regularly publish in top quality Journals such as the British Journal of Management, Work, Employment and Society, and Organisation Studies and have made an impact in such areas as conflict management and the use of entrepreneurship to support sustainable development.
The department places a strong focus on encouraging enterprise and entrepreneurial thinking amongst our students through our teaching and learning.
