Taking on more staff can be a great sign of business success but how can you make sure your new employees will show the same quality your business was known for when it was just a small start-up?
How can you ensure that your staff are confident to take responsibility and get on with the job, so leaving you with the time to get on with yours?
Suitable for both new and experienced managers, this session will give you the key tools and techniques needed to lead, manage and coach your staff. Delegates will learn about performance management, motivation and delegation as well as developing teams.
The event is free to attend and will include a free networking lunch as well as tea and coffee on arrival and during the mid-morning break.
Parking - free on site.
