Employer Mentoring Programme

A programme that links eligible students (those typically under-represented in higher education) to an industry professional to gain an insight into a specific area of work that they are interested in.  The programme offers an opportunity through 6 one-to-one mentoring sessions to improve personal and employability skills; understanding of an industry/employer/ job role; clarify job ideas; develop professional network; and confidently address questions about diversity in the workplace
