FLUX: Faculty Competition

A business simulation game where students work in teams and use the XING board & cards to learn business vocabulary, actions and strategy. Teams are given a scenario to solve with their business plan and must consider general strategy, finance, marketing and HR elements. Teams are scored over the day on their business planning and professionalism in business meetings and pitches by industry professionals acting as judges. Four faculty competitions run over the year with 1st and 2nd place teams progressing to the FLUX University Final.
