Gillian Horn is an architect, researcher and visiting professor at the University of Reading. A former partner at Penoyre & Prasad, she has over 15 years’ professional experience in architectural practice. Gillian received a doctorate in 2019 focused on the split in taste between the lay public and the architectural elite.
Her current research focuses on the UK ‘Housing Crisis’, looking specifically at attitudes towards the visual appearance of current housing in England, investigating how we might better approach new-build development house design.
