A level
Three A levels to include grade B in Biology/Human Biology and a grade B in a second science subject: Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science/Studies, Psychology, Geography, Geology, Applied Science, PE, or Food and Nutrition.

GCSE
Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English Language.

IB: 28 points, including 5 at higher level biology and 5 in second science. Maths or physics. English and maths accepted within - higher level = 4, standard level = 5.

If English is not your first language you will have to achieve an IELTS or equivalent qualification at the grades stated below. If you are considering another equivalent qualification, please contact admissions.

Other combinations and non-A level qualifications considered. 

BTEC QCF Extended Diploma/RQF National Extended Diploma: DDM with at least six specialist subject unit in biology, chemistry, physics and nutrition or sports science. 

Access - pass a Science Access to HE Diploma with 60 credits overall, to include 45 credits at level 3, of which 33 credits must be at merit and/or distinction. Must include minimum 15 credits in biology units with merit, plus 18 credits in chemistry, maths or physics.

Relevant international qualifications considered.

IELTS
Overall average score of at least 6.5, with a score of at least 6.0 in each element.
