Entry requirements

You'll need to hold a foundation degree in business or a recognised level 5 equivalent (for example, Dip HE).

IELTS of 6.0 or equivalent English qualification (with a minimum of 5.5 in listening, reading, speaking and writing).  

If you have an IELTS of 5.5 or 5.0 (with a minimum of 5.0 in listening, reading, speaking and writing), you may also be offered a place subject to satisfactory completion of an eight or 12 week English language summer school.

If you do not possess the level of qualifications outlined above, you may be eligible for admission to the programme on the basis of previous work experience or training.

A levels

Including a minimum of two A levels with a grade D in French.

BTEC

18 Unit BTEC Extended Diploma: MMM in any subject plus Grade D in A level (or equivalent) French.

BTEC National Diploma modules

If you hold a BTEC qualification it is vital that you provide our Admissions team with details of the exact modules you have studied as part of the BTEC. Without this information we may be unable to process your application quickly and you could experience significant delays in the progress of your application to study with us. Please explicitly state the full list of modules within your qualification at the time of application.

Access

Pass a named Access to HE Diploma in any subject with at least 33 credits at merit/distinction, including 12 level 3 credits in French at merit. Alternatively, previous/current study in A level French (grade D) will be considered alongside Access Course.

GCSE

All applicants must have GCSE (or equivalent) mathematics and English at grade C or above.

International Baccalaureate

26 overall to include 4 in French at Higher Level.

Other

14-19 Diplomas: accepted – please enquire for more information.

Other combinations and non-A level qualifications will also be considered.​
