Lauren Chiren from menopause experts 'Henpicked' will be running this session. Lauren is an international speaker on women’s health and wellbeing. She’s regularly on the radio and TV and is passionate about helping everyone understand menopause symptoms and what can be done to improve them, and long term health. She is a member of The British Menopause Society.
