Charity offering free, confidential support and information to young people. Anyone aged 16–25 years can drop into The Zone on any day of the week (Monday – Friday, 12pm – 5pm) to speak with one of the Youth Support Volunteers. - Icebreak at the Zone
Icebreak provides a friendly and accessible service committed to supporting and empowering people aged 16–25 years who are experiencing emotional distress. - Insight at the Zone
The Insight team is a free and confidential Early Intervention Service offering support to people aged 18–35 years who may be experiencing symptoms of early psychosis. - Plymouth Mind Recovery College
Recovery College is for everyone, whether you experience mental health challenges, have contact with someone who does or are interested in the courses offered. All courses are designed to contribute towards wellbeing and recovery. This service makes a small charge for courses. - Harbour Centre

Twelves Company is a registered charity and the lead agency for the Plymouth Sexual Assault Referral Centre. They provide support to men, women, children and young people who have been affected by rape and serious sexual assault.
