This 20 credit module can be studied at degree or masters level and will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to understand and inform personal development and individual leadership qualities.
You will explore how engagement in personal leadership development can help you and others to reach full potential, both individually and for organisational advancement.
You will engage in activities which will promote self-awareness and understanding, building on your ability to self-manage and influence others, whilst using the resources available to you.
