The University of Plymouth Press is passionate about publishing work that extends the reach of academic research, helping define new areas of knowledge and learning.

Our Britannia Naval Histories of World War II series was nominated for the Mountbatten Maritime award at the Maritime Media Awards, as well as the Applied Expertise award at the Vice-Chancellor’s Enterprise Awards in 2012.
We also helped bring together Romania’s most influential authors and artists through our 20 Romanian Writers titles, which won the International Engagement award at the Vice-Chancellor’s Enterprise Awards 2009.
