The University of Plymouth's academic year is structured around terms and not semesters. Please note that some courses are run with non-standard term dates. Students on these courses are made aware of these dates on the Student Portal. Faculty of Health non-standard term dates are detailed below.

The current standard term dates are as follows:

* Please note: The start date for BSc (Hons) Paramedic Practitioner (Community Emergency Health) is 6 September 2010.

Students on these courses must be available to start on these dates.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the dates above are accurate. However, students should note that dates are subject to change. If you have to make up any placement hours which are missed during the academic year this will be done during holiday periods.
