Role
Rebekah Southern is the Director of the Socio-economic Research & Intelligence Observatory (SERIO)  and is responsible for the management and co-ordination of all SERIO projects.

Rebekah was also commissioned by Southampton City Council in 1999 to report on its neighbourhood selection event for the city’s New Deal for Communities regeneration initiative. The report was submitted to the (then) DETR. And, more recently, she has produced a written record of the Active Learning for Active Citizenship Conference in Manchester, on 25th November 2005 for the Home Office.
