PhD, BA, PGDip Social Research Methods, Before joining the Peninsula School of Medicine Paul worked as a Research Fellow in the Department of Education and Lifelong Learning, University of Exeter, on the the Learning Lives project, a three year ESRC and TLRP funded project.
Research interests
Assessing the reliability and predictive validity of medical school selection instruments.
