Role
Responsible for the Schools of Geography, Psychology and Earth Sciences.
I also have the remit within the team to support research. I am part of  the Symplectic Elements Team and am leading on the advocacy programme. The implementation of Elements is part of the Research Information Management Systems work and I am on the RIMS Committee. RIMS will also include the integration of PEARL, the university's research repository with Elements Publications. I am the functional  manager of PEARL. I was also on the JISC RePosit project team which ran from Jun 10 to Oct 11 which produced advocacy materials and aimed to increase the number of items in the repository and the number of staff engaging with the repository.
