Leading the strategic development and internationalization of Plymout's flagship  MBA/EMBA programmes

 

Qualifications & background
Dr Lu holds an BA(Hon) International Business from  University of Northumbria (UK), and MBA and DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) from Newcastle University in the UK. Lucy worked as Academic Director of MBA and Director of China Programme at Newcastle University Business School from 2006-2011, where she teaches MBA core modules including Leading Change and Personal and Professional Development and elective on Doing Business in China.

Dr Lu also supervises PhD research in areas of knowledge-based innovation based on Triple Helix (university-government-industry networks), innovation and change management, MBA developmemt and management in Higher Education. Dr Lu is the founding and consulting editor of the Journal of Knowledge-based Innovation in China and has been the Editor of Journal of Technology Management in China (both English and Chinese version) since 2006.
