Deputy  Head of the School of Management with responsibility for Resources and Planning.

Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Strategic Management, responsible for modules in Global Enterprise, International Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurial Studies. Research interests in modelling entrepreneurial behaviour, the dynamics of business clusters and the SW marine sector.

Director of Studies of several PhDs in the field of the strategic motives of international joint ventures and alliances; knowledge acquisition through networks and multiple business relationships and the application of complexity theory to strategic management of organisations.
