I work in Learning and Research Support (LRS) within Information and Learning Services (ILS). I am based in the Library where I provide support to the development of digital services. In a few words, my job involves increasing the 'findability' and usability of resources and information by applying information management and user centred design principles.
Some of my duties include web publishing, interface design and evaluation, and contributing to development, organisation and dissemination of ILS information.
