I work as an analyst programmer in the university web team.
My main role is to write web applications for the corporate website (
www.plymouth.ac.uk
), Staff and Student portals and university content management systems.
The range of technologies used include asp.Net with c#/vb.net and SharePoint 2010. Also classic asp with vbscript. JavaScript, AJAX, CSS and SilverLight are used client side. In addition I write SQL queries for SQL Server & Oracle.
I am also involved in technical customer support and the training of our end-users.
