Qualifications & background

LLB(Hons)(Hull), PhD(Exon), Barrister(non-practising).

Dr. Clark spent 15 years lecturing at the University of Warwick before joining the University of Plymouth in 2004. He held an ESRC research fellowship from 1996-1999 and has also worked as a researcher for the Law Commission.

 


Teaching interests

Dr Clark currently leads the second-stage module in Land Law and and the third-stage module in Equity and Trusts.  He also teaches some elements of intellectual property law on the Information Law module.

 


Research interests

Dr. Clark's research interests focus on theories of property, as well as specific topics in the fields of land law and intellectual property.
