Research support within the University

Research and Innovation Directorate

The Research & Innovation (R&I) division plays a pivotal role in the management and promotion of research across the institution. R&I interfaces with key external organisations (HEFCE, the Research Councils, charitable foundations and trusts, businesses, public sector organisations and the European Commission) and supports the University research community. Plymouth University is a member of the Great Western Research Initiative which is linked along with other organisations in our links to external funding bodies page.
