PERFORMANCE: The Lad Lit Project

Third Angel presents: The Lad Lit Project

Imagine the book of your life. Where do the chapters begin and end? What are they called? Do the friends from one chapter appear in the next? Do the chapters last for years, weeks or just a few hours? Is it a happy book? Are there some good laughs in it? Or is it just tragic? This is the story of (delete as appropriate) men/blokes/lads/mates/chaps/fellas, of how they managed to get this far and what happened along the way for them to become (delete as appropriate) lovers/brothers/respected/successful/hated/arrogant/chubby.

The Lad Lit Project is a playful, thoughtful exploration of the way that men make sense of the world and their place in it, told in the minute detail of life that just couldn’t be invented and will have you (delete as appropriate) laughing/squirming/worrying/ thinking/nodding.

Third Angel is one of the leading voices of British contemporary performance and, with inimitable and engaging style, creates new theatre for now.

Warning: This performance contains strong language and adult themes and therefore may not be suitable for younger audiences
