Box Office


Did you know that you can now buy tickets online? Peninsula Arts has launched a 24 hour online box office, so that you can purchase tickets at any time.


For further infomation about our events please contact the Box Office. The Box Office is based in the Peninsula Arts Gallery, Roland Levinsky Building
Normal opening hours are 13:00-17:00, Monday-Friday.
The Box Office is closed Saturday, Sunday and on Bank Holidays. 

OnlineTickets are available for purchase 24/7 through our E-store
By email Enquiries regarding ticket availability can be made by email. Emails are checked daily Monday - Friday. 
In person Tickets may be purchased from the Box Office during the opening hours above.
By phone Tickets may be purchased by phone; we accept all major credit cards.
There is an answering machine service in operation outside of Box Office hours or if lines are busy. Along with your enquiry please leave your name and number and we will call you back.
On the day Tickets will be on sale up until the start of the event from the Box Office, located in the Peninsula Arts Gallery.
Group discounts Available for most events. A party of 10 people paying as one group for full price tickets will be charged for only eight. Enquire through the Box Office. Tickets for groups can be reserved, however payment must be recieved either two weeks prior to the event or if the event is sold out, whichever is sooner.
SPiA (Student Participation in Arts) Scheme Plymouth University students are invited to use their gift of free credit to spend on Peninsula Arts events included in the scheme, as indicated by the SPiA logo. For more information on SPiA click here.
Plymouth University Staff and Alumni Memberships Plymouth University Staff and Alumni can now purchase memberships, which offer free entrance to films and talks, concessionary rates for selected music and performance and invitations to Friends events. Staff signing up before 31 October can get a special ‘Early Bird’ discount recieving £10 off. For further information on the Plymouth University Staff and Alumni Membership click here.
20 tickets will be available, free of charge, to school/college groups on a first-come, first-served basis. Outside of this allocation, tickets for school groups are charged at a concessionary rate when an admission fee is required. Accompanying teachers will also be charged at the concessionary rate rather than full price. School group tickets are limited to 100 per performance for Theatre 1 depending on availability.

Terms and Conditions
Tickets can either be posted to you or may be picked up on the door at least ten minutes prior to the commencement of the event. Tickets cannot be reserved without payment, unless you are a Friend of Peninsula Arts .

Currently seats are unreserved; a first come first served basis is in operation.

We regret that it is not possible to offer a refund once a ticket has been purchased. The exception to this is where an event has been cancelled by Peninsula Arts.

House rules

Admittance may be restricted after the published commencement time of the event. All programme details are correct at the time of going to print. Peninsula Arts reserves the rights to change the programme without prior notice.
