Each individual degree course also provides careerspecific skills to enable you to enter the relevant industry sector. All the degree courses provide you with the skills necessary to work in the management of shore-based marine industries in the relevant sector.
All Marine Studies students follow a common first year. The courses then continue in parallel with a common core, but with specialist modules which determine the final degree awarded. This provides you with the flexibility to make a more informed choice about which degree to pursue after completing the first year. There are three courses in Marine Studies which lead to three different degrees. You should choose the one that most closely matches your career plans.
