Support the UK Agent Quality Framework
Education agents and counsellors play a critical role in marketing UK education and supporting international students on their journey to the UK. Following the UK Agent Quality Framework ensures that all agents work to the same excellent standard to give students an outstanding experience.
Please read and adhere to the following guidance:
- British Universities' International Liaison Association (BUILA) guide to good practice for education agents
- The National Code of Ethical Practice for Education Agents
- Our guidance notes for agents, which we will send you when you join us
We also encourage all our agents to take the free British Council agent training. Becoming certified by the British Council can add prestige and credibility to your business, making it especially attractive to students who have already encountered the British Council in their education.
