We all say we’re going to do it, but how many of us actually do?

Why pay money to go to a gym when you can cycle to work, lose the Christmas bulge and get plenty of fresh air in the process?

The majority of all car trips are less than five miles, and bikes are green, sustainable and much cheaper to ride than a car!
